Interview
Round 1 - Easy - Hacker-rank tests with few questions around selenium and 2-3 programming questions in language of choice.
Round2 - Tech1 - Easy round with questions on technical grounds. Selenium based, Java core concepts and few easy (really easy ) level programs.
Round3 - Tech2 - Easy round with questions around your work that you do. Few basic programs on Java, Selenium and SQL.
Got rejected post round2.
Suggestions to DP World -
1) Please update candidate or HR about why he/she got rejected. It really helps.
2) In case you don't want a know-it-all candidate, please have it somehow clear in your hiring criteria.
3) Just because a person knows more than one language doesn't necessarily mean he has not hands-on on any.
4) Please if its in your grasp, don't schedule interviews to pass time. Candidates like me who know they are technical, have vast expertise on their field don't really enjoy wasting time in fake interview processes for whatever reasons.
The interviewer comes up with a pre-conceived notion it seems and just for sake of interview they were interviewing. Looks like the interviewer was disinterested and does not care what I answered

Attended 1st round I was very easy Asked on basic technical questions on selenium ,java and api. For the role of sdet as per mentioned in resume Their will be 4 rounds including manager round

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at DP World
Interview
It consisted of 1 online test: cleared
Tech 1 : Cleared - Interviewer was very good and asked all the relevant questions and told me more about the proceses
Tech 2 : Rejected - Interviewer did not seem interested. He was just asking the questions he read from somewhere and wanted the answer in the exact same approach. It appeared that the Higher Tech Management lacked vision and critical ability to assess someone and the younger roles guys were quite good.
