5 weeks long, 5 rounds, not sure if the team spoke to each other or were well coordinated as some questions were asked multiple times, and then the final interview had the CEO ask me specific questions about their current problems and some brainstorming on how to start addressing. At this point I was told I had the job, so I didn't have a problem with the consulting thinking I was just getting a jump-start on the job. The take-home before at least was adjacent to their current situation and so wasn't directly applicable but the final interview I think would be problematic considering how much consulting was basically provided to them. I'd avoid this company as it seems like they might be bait-and-switch with offers or they're potentially interviewing to get free consulting or they might not clear on their direction.
