DNOW interview questions

Very good interview. Good questions and to the point. Interviewers seemed to have a good grasp of the type of employee they were looking for. It wasn’t a difficult interview. Pretty basic questions. This was for an entry level position so it was all standard questions.

The interview process took a month. The first round went really well, however no one updated me on the process or anything for about two weeks. I was called in for a second interview and I was told by the directing manager that they would get back to me via phone call by a certain day, however I never heard back from them. I’m guessing I didn’t get the job. The interviewers seemed to be impressed by me, however I guess that wasn’t enough. Disheartening because I actually wanted this job. I would say, for all employers if you invite a person for a second interview, please give them a courtesy callback or just pick the candidate you actually want for a second interview instead of wasting peoples time and gas.
