Disorganized, erratic and brief. Rather than interviewing for specifically applied role, the recruiter instead offered an alternative role. Albeit, the misstep by the recruiter, I expressed interest in learning more about the alternative role however shortly after learning more, the recruiter became curt and brief (red flag). Overall, her concern appeared to be the need to immediately fill a role - and not interview to ensure a quality hire. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.
