Interview
First there is a coding assignment that you do on your own, unlike hackerrank or leetcode. The interview is really smooth. The questions asked are pretty much on knowledge of software engineering and object oriented design concepts. Some behavioral questions.

What are the elements of object orient programming? What are SOLID principles?
The interview process was all question based. Object oriented programming fundamentals and clean code best practices are very important for success in passing the interviews. Furthermore people skills and business skills are nice, but the tech skills are must have.
required 1.5 years experience having knowledge of Java, DSA, OOPS, Spring Concepts with theory and practical implementation. Hiring was for SAP Hybris project which they told that they will provide basic training.
