DMC Power interview questions

1st - Walked in an was giving a test which is kind of the standard the last few years. 2nd - The interview went OK, was offered position as CNC Set-up / Programmer. The amount offered was $18.00 a hour as a Set-up /Programmer! No I didn't take the position, what person would... The review's about DMC Power do seem to have a common thread, low wages. I've been a machinist for 20 years, writing my own programs or setting up other peoples programs. I always say, I'm not the best or the worse. I'm just a machinist that likes what i do for a living.
