The interview process will begin with someone from Human Capital(HR) calling to make sure you actually meet the qualifications. This is an informal interview, and they may even set up a follow-up interview. Once you move on from there, you may be invited to participate in a phone interview with people in the department you're potentially hiring in to. This group will usually select three candidates and they'll be invited to come interview in person and visit the site or office.
