Interview
They first asked about my MBTI type and had me answer a question in a specific situation, then launched a small group discussion. It wasn't too hard—the people there were quite nice.
The interview consisted of an icebreaker, a company presentation, a personal presentation (answering questions drawn at random in English and Cantonese), and a group discussion. There were three interviewers and two observers; overall, the process went fairly smoothly.
