Interview
Intital application is always online with 1 or more aptitude tests which are short and relatively easy. The tests are designed to measure your technical/mechanical abilities, customer service abilities and logic. If you meet the minmimums and a position is open near you you will reciecve a response by phone with a short interview. If the recruiter is Ok with your interview you will be relaeased to local management, who may schedule phone and face to face interviews. Be paitent, the process can take a little while depending on the time of year and how busy the comoany is. My intervies were less than 1 week and final acceptance (application to finish) took about 3 weeks.
