Another 1 on1 interview with higher management Fairly routine, but thorough interview process. It did take a longer time than I would have preferred (3 months from first call to offer), but from what I have experienced and heard from others the time frame is somewhat normal for most companies these days. In my opinion the first SAT style assessment test was the most difficult.

Was contacted by a recruiter within a week of filling out an application online. Set up a time to do a phone interview which lasted approximately 30 minutes. Following the phone interview I was set up with the recruiter again, along with an operations manager and one other person which lasted approximately 1 and a half hours. The following week I came in for another interview with the operations manager and the city manager. I was told I would be contacted by a vice president or territory manager by phone but I declined as I was moving along with another company, and it did not seem like a great job.
