You receive a call to set up the personal interview, all of the paper work ( your CV ) is analyzed beforehand. Be sure to bring a copy with you it will sit well. Only important thing apart from your previous experience is to be loose, it is a very demanding job in terms of being able to adapt and work under stress so points are giving if you are loose fun (not funny) and cheerful, also responsible and trustworthy.
