I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Centreville, VA) in Feb 2012
Interview
Literally just walked in, dressed professionally of course. Was just asked if I had any experience as a cashier which I did though I don't think it matters that much. A friend of mine already worked there and recommended me so that made things easier. Then they had me take an assessment on the computer to test my customer service skills. It's easy, just use common sense and answer with what you feel the ideal answer should be. Only ever seen 1 person fail this which blew my mind since a literally a monkey could pass this.
