I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods
Interview
Very relaxed, one-on-on interviews with both your direct manager and store manager. Basic questions about background in retail, background and knowledge of sports/sporting goods. Looking for outgoing people to help with customer service and their sales metrics. Retail experience is advised, but not required, interview was fairly casual, as the attire for the manager is at most a polo and khakis.

Interview
Interview was straight forward not hard. Was in the store and only with 1 person. Just know the company information and have reasonably good hours and it shouldn’t be a problem

Interview
I was hired on the spot after a very short, casual interview. It was just in a backroom. They asked about times I was a leader, etc. It was just one of the assistant managers. The store manager wasn't even there.
