DHNN interview questions

Tuve solo una llamada con una reclutadora de la compañía. Fue muy básica, sin preguntas técnicas, sin mucha información sobre el rol, pero marco la entrevista como negativa porque no obtuve feedback después. Pasó un mes y no tuve respuesta negativa o positiva. Entiendo que muchas personas de RH ven normal esto, pero creo que es algo que se debería dejar de hacer. Estuve a cargo de entrevistas y siempre les informaba por si o por no, y hasta armábamos un feedback técnico. Creo que esto es mostrar respeto por el tiempo de la otra persona también.

I had 2 interviews. The first is with the Head of HR and the second is with the Operations Manager (my direct boss). Between both interviews a month passed, so I wasn't sure I was a fit for the role they looked for. After contacting HR again, they settled the interview with the Op Manager and after 2 days I got an offer.
