The hiring process was broken down in to 3 stages:
Initial assessment,
DHL Job Simulation,
Graduate Experience Day.
The two stages were excellent and clear in what they were asking, while being challenging enough that it felt worthwhile.
The final part of process I cannot comment on because all of the positions somehow became filled despite the graduate experience day not even going ahead.
Despite the majority of the process being excellent, the lack of clear communication as to whether there were any places actually available on the program left an incredibly sour taste in my mouth and I’m sure the many others who made this stage.
