Interviews always taken by immediate Operations Managers, two of them.
After making you feel comfortable, several questions were asked about several possible situations in the warehouse operations, or questions based on operations knowledge.
For instance:
What would you do if there was a collision on the warehouse floor.
What is continuous development?
How do you hold people accountable for their tasks?
There were a lot of questions regarding various scenarios that will test your common sense, awareness of business operations, work ethic, etc.

Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
