There were 3 stages in the overall application process. 1st - numerical and situational test. 2nd - similar to the first, just tailored to the marketing position and included video questions. 3rd - assessment centre in Rugby. The overall experience was okay, people were friendly in the assessment centre, just the way they dealt with unsuccessful applicants is awful. After such a long application process, they couldn’t provide the decision on time and when they did say that I was unsuccessful, they mentioned that I can request for feedback. I did ask for one, however nobody responded to that and just repeated the second time that I was unsuccessful.
