I was interviewed by the two first Supervisors that started up the Gymboree account over the phone after supplying an internal application through a different Exel sight. The interview went both ways, as in, I was able to ask questions to get a feel if I would like to be a part of the new facility. The questions were in depth and helped me decide I would like to be a part of the team.

Interview
I applied online and was asked to come in for an interview 3 days later. I interviewed on a Thursday and received an offer letter the following Tuesday. I was asked to submit my background information as well as a urinalysis within 3 days. The background check was very fast (only took a few hours before I received conformation of its completion).
