I applied through an employee referral. First-round with the HR manager. It was very casual, more get to know you and do the homework about firm type.
Second-round with 2 partners at the office applied to. More behavioral, comparable to the interview you will have at other firms. Everyone I talked to are very nice and I had a good time.

All candidates brought in at once to interview. Take turns interviewing with partners in office. Also interview with a couple of associates and seniors. After have lunch after with everyone. Overall it’s just having a conversation with everyone. It’s casual and chill.

The interview process was fairly straightforward and easy. I had two interviews, one over the phone with HR and one with a few partners. They seemed primarily interested in my career goals and the conversation was very casual. Overall great experience!
