I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the recent interview I had at DFX Labs. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the interviewer took the time to make me feel comfortable right from the start. I appreciated the thoughtful questions they asked, which allowed me to showcase my skills and experiences effectively.
It was a quite ok experience from both the HR and their Senior management. Office is nice and clean. Just the business itself is too uncertain as the industry of virtual asset exchange isn't really truly supported by the government. The company also demands a high disciplinary that all working processes are running just like a bank (yourself and your managed systems would be re-audited periodically. The team is also service-oriented. An environment like that not really good for the technical people. It should be a good company. But lack of flexibility, just not for me.
