Very informal chat just to make sure you are able to hold a conversation. It was more of a general chat to confirm what type of person you are... they are able to teach you how to sell so just want to know you have the right attitude.
I saw the advert online and applied for the position of sales associate online and was invited for a face to face interview
Interview was straightforward, i was not offered the position
Relaxed and informative. Sell the benefits well and make sure they have the right person for the job. Interview is well researched so they will pick through your experience and ask questions based on that
