It is easy to apply and connect with somebody from the company. The company is expanding and they are looking for nice people to join their team. They try to hire a lot of their students firs, but this is just for the Design Teaching assistants. If you are having more experience the chances are pretty good.

The job postings are mostly in Slack channel, and I'm not quite sure where else. The interview includes a design challenge. The questions are standard, about experience, why this company, it's very casual.
