Interview
There were two interviews: one by skype (took 1 hour) and one in the HQ with the technical manager and an HR representative (this took 1,5 hours). Of course, all flights and expenses paid by the company.

Question 1
Nothing unexpected, the normal questions in a job interview.
They gave us a case study to prepare.
We presented it and then they asked 3 questions. I answered 2 questions of my team correctly.
Later I learned that people who did not open their mouths got a job offer.
Disappointed by the criteria.
Spontane sollicitatie, telefonisch. Ze vroegen waarom je bij deme wou werken en waarom deme voor jou uitsteekt boven andere gelijkaardige bedrijven. School jezelf met de huidige projecten zodat je hierover kan meepraten.

1 kort gesprek via telefoon
2 gesprekken via teams: 1 met HR, 1 met director van branch
Alle gesprekken zijn ongeveer hetzelfde waarbij er vooral gevraagd wordt naar de reden dat met voor DEME kiest, geen technische vragen gekregen.
