I would say thorough. I had multiple interviews with different managers within the company. This helped learn the Team before coming on board. There is also a technical assessment test to see where you are in technical knowledge.

Very in-depth and intense. The management conducting the interviews are fair and insightful. The process took longer than expected but in the end made sense for the position being offered.
