      Fulfillment Manager Interview

      26 Feb 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Louisville, KY
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at DC Logistics (Louisville, KY)

      Interview

Initial recruiter interview. Second interview onsite with hiring manager. Everyone very friendly. I found hiring manager the same. She stated both her husband and daughter also worked there. She had rose through the ranks in the company and they had recently let a lot of people go. If you are used to and wanting a very professional environment I would suggest elsewhere. In order to enter the building you walk along the side through the outdoor break area (where employees may be smoking) to the employee entrance. You then stand in a very crowded entry (with several desks and a picnic table before passing through one security metal detector that is used for incoming and outgoing. Constant alarms going off without lone security guard asking any questions. I would not want to be held responsible for theft in this building! Also if you are concerned about Covid I don't think this would be a good fit.
