Very straightforward. More concerned about getting to know you and how you would fit in the environment. Had a very good experience. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, writing style, etc.

Tell me two strengths and one weakness that you are working on
It depends on the specific judge. Usually the first round should be with the two clerks in the chamber and the second round would be directly with the judge. For me, each round took about 30 minutes.
