Online assessment (PI index, behavioural) followed by Super day (assigned a case study a few days before the event; after discussion of case study was behaviour/fit). It was a half-day event at DBS Asia Hub (near Expo)
I have completed both the HR and user interviews, and the discussions went well. However, the overall confirmation and decision-making process took longer than expected, as it required coordination and internal approvals from multiple stakeholders
like chating, no presure, like talking with friends. no diffcult question, they try to know you and tell if you can fit in the group and if they like you
