Very nice and welcoming environment, seemed like they just wanted to see if you actually cared about the work you would be doing! Along with the basic, boilerplate questions like "what are you biggest strengths," etc..

Phone interview, then assignment, then passed because they didn't like the aesthetic choice I went with. Asked about other positions, was offered internship, also passed on after a similar assignment.

Interview
It was really unprofessional. I applied for for paid-internship, they said i don't qualify for that and offered me non-paid internship. We had an interview and then they said I can actually get the paid-internship position. I had the second interview and they never reached to me nor answered my e-mails. It was unprofessional and weird.
