I was hired at a job fair on the spot. They asked if I had any prior experience, and asked me certain things about the industry, and how flexible my schedule is. If I was willing to learn more and grow with the company.

very friendly people and easy interview don't need to be that nervous
need to do some knowledge testing too and pass the test
