The interview process was very transparent. The BIC went over expectations and explained what will happen during training. We went over what my goals are going to be in real estate and went over some things I was doing in my previous firm. I am definitely interested in joining to build my business.

Reached out over website, spoke with first person over phone and that went very well. Scheduled in person interview with hiring manager and that’s where I left it. Offered to attend in person training, thought about it but declined
