Very methodical, professional and efficient. They ask about your personality, experience, how you would interact with guests etc to make sure you’re a good fit. Then if they decide to hire you, they treat you to a nice meal after!

Chat with the general manager, was flexible and enthusiastic. Demonstrated an interest in me as a person, and talked to me about what the company sought to achieve. Like the values and the benefits of working for cote.

Got ghosted. Didn’t get any response at all after the interview! Not even sorry - we won’t be making you any offers this time. Rude and upsetting. Wouldnt want to work here if this is how they treat people.
