I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CyraCom (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2017
Interview
First step is to apply online; you submit your resume and fill out the application. I got a call the very next day from the recruiters. During that call, they sort of interviewed me asking me some questions and told me a bit about the company. They explained that they needed to do an over the phone assessment. They would call me the next day for the OTP assessment.
Links to study guides and useful practice were provided and a time was set up. I studied a ton for that assessment.
The assessment: They call you. They say vocab in English and in the target language for which you have to repeat the translation (EG: Apple - Manzana ; Escuela - School). Then they go into interpretation scripts. They would read a paragraph out loud in English that I would have to interpret in Spanish and vice versa.
If you pass the assessment, they call you again to discuss schedules and all of that.

Interview
The recruiter was 7 minutes late. She told me about the job, asked me what sort of experience I have interpreting, etc. (you'll find the specific questions posted already). I had a good interview. She cut me short and ended the meeting while I said goodbye, no time for that!

It was quite a short interview process. It was one initial phone interview, you an eligibility exam, and if you pass and meet their requirements, you get the offer letter. Easy and quick!
