I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cypress Semiconductor (Bengaluru) in Jan 2011
Interview
1)Aptitude test, containing mostly questions on pnc, probability and 'C' .
2)One on one interview for 'C' programming. mostly questions were on common sorting searching algos and many questions on bit programming.
3)One on one questions on microprocessors, basics of 8051,8086, logical questions.
4)Group interview on digital electronics basics, microprocessors
6)H.R Round
5)Telephonic interview
6)Background check with references given.

Mostly questions related to converting normal mathematical operations to bit programming.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cypress Semiconductor (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Nov 2019
Interview
3 hour process, mainly technical questions, but they wanted to get a feel for where I would fit in at the company. Questions were not particularly hard with respect to their topics, but there were some questions I was not prepared to answer.

Interview

Interview
I applied through employee Referral. I was doing internship at Intel Corporation back then. There was a telephonic round followed by 3 face to face rounds 2 weeks later. Mainly focussed on bits and memory handling in a code. They focussed on optimizing every code. Telephonic round was to check basic knowledge of C/C++ and the project done in internship. 1st f2f round was to check basic coding skills. 2nd f2f round was a wolfpack round. There were two interviewers asking questions one by one. They were very supportive and knew how to make the candidate write the perfect code. They were giving enough of hints. 3rd f2f round was taken by Director of Software dept. Asked college project related questions and discussed about company.
