Went through a recruiter, had phone discussions with a consultant (Kurt Lynn) and then had 2 in person interviews in their Montreal offices with the VP of sales and the President, Mo Hage.

Single interview with Operations Manager. A series of standard questions (background, experience, reason for leaving previous position, general customer service and technical questions). Learned a bit more about the company (the website was very basic at the time).
