I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cygnet (Coventry, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was interactive, I had the opportunity to share personalized experiences. The interviewer had great listening skills, she made me feel relaxed and less tensed. Overall it felt like a conversation
An average interview. they started asking about myself, followed byy knowledge based questions on the company, and the field i was going into. then the majority were scenario based - 'what would you do if?..'. You are marked on a point system, so give as much detail as possible, not just one word responses.
Not bad. I applied online and I was booked for an interview. Great company to work with; all staff are friendly and ready to work. I can't wait to start my new role.
Was unorganised, lady who was supposed to conduct the interview wasn’t in the building and clearly hadn’t made any other staff members aware- was interviewed by a member of staff on the day and offered the job at the end of it which made me feel quite on the spot! Especially considering I really struggled to find clear information on the specific job role through the website, so I actually found out most of it during the interview.
