The first few were good. Then it got strange. I was asked if I had skills that were not advertised and make little sense for any CS role. They were not even mentioned on the tech screen. The big thing for me is despite the hours of effort I put in, putting together a mock QBR and prepping for the tech Technical tests, all I received was a standard thanks but no thanks. I followed up asking for just a little more feedback so I could improve myself and grow. Zero response. I was left feeling I was the lucky one,
