starts with a brief, less than 5 min preliminary interview to filter out candidates who can't do door to door, overqualified, want part time. If you fit the basic criteria, you will be brought in for a second round interview. Whoever does your second round will be you personal mentor, so they will tell you their personal story and ask about yours to get to know you. Then they explain pay structure and opportunities for growth

Meet at office fill out one piece of paper then follow someone to a secondary location to go over paper then to third location which ends up being Walmart to set up a table and harass shoppers in attempts to get them to sign up for Spectrum cable.

You begin with a 3 step interview process. First is a 10 minute overview with one of the managers or administrative assistants. The second day you go out with a current employee. They tell you the in's and out's of the company and the imaginary numbers you are supposed to make. If you get the job afterwards they offer it, if you don't you go home.
