Cybersource interview questions

1 Stage is recruiter 2 Stage with hiring manager and team member 3 Stage with another team member and manager from other team. They are all doing behaviour questions. It feels to me that the team members are all a bit quiet. It's very long process, it took me a very long time to complete all the stages as there were a 2-3 weeks between second to third interview they didn't reply to me about the result. I think I might be their second or third choice. After getting the offer it will take another 6 weeks for background check and admin work, so it's really long process. The salary range is low to mid to the market rate.
