very intense. went through three interviews before I was able to get the job. they also do background, drug and personality profile testing. their hiring process is very stuctured. they have tons of documents, employee manual, etc. they give you.

went through 2 interviews and got hired. though questions but i got them all and they love me.. they made me an offer I could not refuse... I gave two weeks notice to my previous employer and started at Cybernet. Very intense training.
