Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. It consisted of an initial screening call with a recruiter, a conversation with the VP of sales, a presentation detailing how I would organize myself regarding my inherited book of business, a discovery call roleplay, and a final conversation with HR.

Question 1
Asked a lot about my previous experience, my performance, what I was looking for in my next role, salary expectations, how I would set myself up for success should I receive an offer, and times that I faced objections and how I handled those situations.

Interview
The interview process was exceptionally well-structured and transparent. I appreciate the consistent communication between stages, the relevance of the questions to the role and the respectful, professional conduct of every interviewer I encountered though out the journey.

Interview
The 1st round interview was with VP of Customer Experience. 2nd round interview was with Director of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Partner which included a 20 minute presentation on two Cybersentriq products and a 10 minute Q&A. This was then followed by a 30 minute general interview. I then met with their People Ops team for 30 minutes and was offered the job at the end of that meeting. The whole process was calm, supportive and casual.

How would I deal with a customer who is likely to churn
