The interview process at CyberFrat was structured but fast-paced. It typically began with an initial screening call with HR to understand background, role expectations, and compensation alignment. This was followed by a technical or role-specific interview with a senior team member, where practical knowledge and problem-solving ability were assessed.
For some roles, there was an assignment or case study to evaluate real-world application skills. The final round usually involved a discussion with leadership or the founder, focusing on cultural fit, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a high-growth startup environment.
