I applied through other source. I interviewed at CyberArrow (Dubai) in Jul 2025
Interview
I had an initial call for Cyber Security Consultant position, but the experience was quite different from what I expected. The meeting was literally recorded, and while I thought I was speaking with HR, I was unexpectedly asked technical questions (I don’t think the person on the other side fully understood my responses, it felt like she was just taking notes). My answers seemed to be documented in a question list. Overall, it did not feel like a typical initial call.

General HR questions + some ISO 27001 implementation questions
CyberArrow gave false hope through performative outreach. The interview lacked clarity and professionalism. Actually, my advice is clear: if you want to be genuinely valued, look elsewhere. (my personal opinions)
My experience interviewing with Cyber Arrow was structured and comprehensive. The process began with an initial screening to review my qualifications and general fit. From there, I participated in one or more formal interviews that delved deeper into both my professional background and the specific competencies required for the role.
In addition to technical discussions, there was a noticeable emphasis on behavioral-based questions and situational scenarios, which I found valuable. These were designed to gauge how I approach challenges, collaborate within teams, and align with the company’s culture and values.
In some cases, a skills assessment was also part of the process—particularly for roles that demanded a hands-on demonstration of expertise. Overall, the experience was rigorous yet fair, reflecting Cyber Arrow’s commitment to hiring individuals who are not only technically capable but also a strong cultural fit.
