Received an on campus interview, where they told me they would be in touch. They were pretty quick to follow up and award an in person interview at their headquarters. The interview lasted around 6 hours, three 30 min interviews with various managers, then another with a higher up. Shadowed an employee on the floor for an hour.

They provided a voice and accent training from 15 days. Then one online interview asking general questions, AOR strength and weaknesses. They also asked how will I work on my weakness and why do I think my strengths are strength

Professional experience. Positive person who was open and honest. Be prepared to make decisions on the fly. They said they were considering me for different roles and wanted to know which I preferred.
