I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cvent (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied online, heard back within a few days. Took an online test (kind of like an IQ type basic test). That went well so then went on for a phone screen. Phone screen was pretty basic, mostly behavioral, and a little technical (4 fundamentals of OOP). Phone interview went well, so I took the exam again through a video conference to verify results and to confirm that I was the one who took the test. I passed that so I finally got an in person interview. It was pretty basic, it was heavily technical, but nothing I didn't expect (though one of the interviewers grilled me on my experience). Coding part was pretty easy. Heard back in exactly a week with an offer.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cvent (McLean, VA) in Oct 2024
Interview
First a phone screening, then a technical interview, then lastly behavioral. The recruiter and technical interviewers were all nice to me. Didn't really like my experience with the behavioral interviewer, since she looked unhappy most of the time and was asking me questions that were more technical than behavioral. Her questions were also unclear at times.
