I applied through LinkedIn. The process took 5 weeks. Recruiter scheduled initial screening interview after 2 weeks from the date I applied. Then, 45 min interview with hiring manager which went well. It took another 10 days to schedule interview with team members for the technical round interview which is scheduled for 1 hr. Team asked me roughly 3-4 questions and ended within 20 min(scheduled for 1 hr). I did great job on those questions. This sounds like they already made decision with other candidate. I really wasted my time by attending this interview. They never responded with the update until I sent a follow up email. I request not to waste candidates time and try to communicate properly
