Customers Bank Operational Risk Manager interview questions

Started in interview process in July with 2 calls with HR. Next, interview with Risk Director and Deputy. All interviews went well and I received positive feedback. I was notified in Aug they they do not have approval for this position, but will by Oct. They kept in touch with me in Sept and Oct by reaching out to me via email. They even mentioned that they hoped I was still interested in this position. I reached out to HR in Nov with no reply. I reached out again to another HR contact but with no reply. I discovered on their career site that the position was no longer open? No one from this organization felt the need to contact me in Nov or Dec to advise that this position was no longer open . This has to be the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been part of. That alone should tell you what kind of Firm this is.
