Interview
Started with a general face-to-face interview with hiring managers. Then a paper and pen test about visual/spelling errors in designs. Then I shadowed a current artist to see what the role was about.

Interview
You come to the office and do a 3 hour interview. Yes, 3 hours.
First you take an attention to detail test of 20 something pictures of what is spelled wrong or pictures that has differences. Second, they test if you know adobe illustrator tools (watch youtube, you just need to know the basic). Third, you sit down and answer questions by the field manager and the assistant manager. Fourth, you shadow another production artist of what they do and what you will do.

Interview
It's very long - expect to be there at least an hour an a half to 2 hours. They were very nice but they seemed a bit unorganized. Not a ton of communication between employers.
