I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2018
Interview
The process started with a quick, 20-30 minute phone interview. The recruiter went over the company’s goals and the position I was interviewing for. His questions were based around my interest in the position and what I could provide to the company. He followed up the phone call by sending an email for me to take an assessment. The assessment is timed and can be a bit challenging but it did not appear my results weighed into their decision since it was never mentioned.
I set up an in-person interview, in which I met with 2 groups of 2 managers. The in-person interview was very laid back and conversational. They dove into my resume and asked most, if not all, of their questions based off what appeared on my resume. The interviews were 30 minutes each. Each manager went over what their department covered (the interview was to determine what area I would fit best in).
I was told I would hear back from the recruiter. It took the recruiter about a month to get back to me when he offered me the job.

Question 1
Just understand what you have on your resume and try to interpret how that experience is relevant to the job you are applying to.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2014
Interview
1 hour with 3 people- they ask you questions but they expect you to keep the conversation going so be prepared to ask questions. Dress business professional. I would also suggest sending follow up thank you emails.
