Phone interviews are scheduled using the Google Calendar appointment system. The interview is initiated by the HR. 2 rounds of interviews are involved. She asked about past experience and salary expectations. The HR took the midpoint of my salary range for reporting.

Applied Online. Got an email saying that I was not selected. Then got an email that I was selected. The recruiter called me 15 minutes late and opened up our conversation with "the salary question". After I stated my expectations the recruiter told me that they were to high because I did not have any commercial real estate experience. We ended up having a really awkward conversation.

Casual, but structured. More like a conversation than an interrogation. My interview ended very positively, so I was expecting a follow up, but they never reached out. I pursued another opportunity anyway, so I didn't reach out either.

Very fast process, ultimately didn't get the job but they were responsive and kept me in the loop the entire time. HR was very helpful throughout the process and called me instead of emailing to give me quick updates.
