One hour Interview with the hiring manager plus 2 others who were on the phone. Grilled with minimal time for questions or an opportunity to have a meaningful dialogue about the position. Unless you have the EXACT background that they are looking for, forget it, they won't hire you.

I couldn't tell you what the interview process is; I have been scheduled for a few phone interviews, but have been ghosted by each recruiter - no show to the scheduled call, no followup phone call, no email, just poof! Gone. Extremely unprofessional to be subjected to this by multiple C&W recruiters.

Bem fluída com respeito e assertividade foi questionado sobre experiência anterior, foi perguntado sobre formação profissional e sobre perspectivas futuras dentro da empresa, após um longo bate-papo foi pedido para aguardar o retorno e deu certo.
Recruiter/HR from C&W was not welcoming at all and sounded a bit condescending. She put me on a speaker phone the whole time and her connection was really bad. Send her a thank you note and she never responded.
